Shamim

My name is Shamim Nandawula. I'm a Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience in product development & management, analysis, trade marketing, digital marketing and stakeholder communications.

My leadership blends deep technical expertise with organisation-level impact. I partner closely with executives and product leaders to translate strategy into technical direction, shape long-term roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes at scale. My work increasingly focuses on enhancing data analysis — from automating insights and enabling predictive modelling to improving analyst workflows and building resilient, data-driven decision systems.

My current work extends to guiding organisations on responsible data adoption and helping teams build secure, scalable data systems grounded in modern foundations.
