WORLD PUPLATION DASHBOARD(1950-2023) USING POWERBI

The purpose of this dashboard is to analyze global population trends across selected countries from 1950 to 2023 in order to understand population growth, decline, country rankings, and demographic shifts over time.

The dashboard aims to answer key questions such as the total population in 2023, year-over-year growth for selected countries, changes in population between historical and recent years, top population contributors, and comparisons between countries such as Nigeria and Brazil.

This analysis helps identify which countries are driving global population growth, which countries are experiencing stagnation or decline, and how population distribution has changed over time.

The dashboard reveals that global population growth is largely driven by emerging and high-population countries such as India, China, Nigeria, and the USA. While Chinaremains the largest population contributor in the dataset, its recent growth appears to be slowing. India and Nigeria show stronger growth momentum, indicating a shift in future demographic influence toward emerging markets.

Overall, the dashboard provides useful insights for understanding population distribution, growth patterns, and future market potential across countries.
